If you're an Aeroplan Super Elite member--or travelling in Executive First on an International flight--a personalized and dedicated Concierge Service is now available to you in 22 airports around the world.

In most airports, you'll recognize these agents in their distinctive black uniforms and Concierge name tags. They are conveniently stationed around the departure gates and Maple Leaf Lounges.

Concierge Agents are there to assist you with:

• Travel and airport related matters;
• Special request, such as hotel or restaurant reservations, special in-flight meal requests, entertainment, etc.; and
• Additional support if ever your travel plans are disrupted.
• In addition, more than 140 specially-selected and trained Concierge Agents in 21 airports around the world are exclusively dedicated to Aeroplan Super Elite members and Executive First customers.

With a direct link to concierge guilds in cities around the world, Concierge Agents assist premium customers with ticketing, connections, upgrades, baggage handling and customs clearance. Concierge Agents are also immediate resources for personal needs and last-minute arrangements, such as hotel and restaurant bookings, theatre ticket reservations and limousine service or any other special needs Super Elite and Executive First customers may have.

Concierge Agents can be found near the Executive First check-in areas and frequently visit the Maple Leaf lounge and departure gate areas. Concierge Agents are easily identifiable by their distinctive black uniform and Concierge identification tags. Concierge Agents also undergo a special training program which concentrates on service oriented skills and covers topics such as guest management, cultural diversity, building customer relationship and creative problem solving.

In Spring 2001, Air Canada was accepted as a corporate member of Les Clefs d’Or Canada—a first for a North American airline. This membership entitles Air Canada’s Concierge Agents to become Professional Affiliate members of Les Clefs d’Or and opens up a world of contacts for the airline’s Concierge Agents with members including 4,000 hotel concierges in 32 countries. Through these contacts, whose motto is “service through friendship”, quick, accurate information on major cities around the globe is just a telephone call way.
