February 7, 2008 - Change fee for Tango fares

Effective June 18, 2008, the fee to make a change to any flight booked with a Tango fare will increase from $60 to $75 CAD/USD. The new fee of $75 is applicable to any booking made on or after June 18, 2008.

Customers making changes to flights booked online at aircanada.com with a Tango fare before June 18, 2008, will also be charged $75 per each-way change; however, these customers may request a $25 refund per change by calling Air Canada's Refund Services or by writing to refundservices@aircanada.ca with "Tango Change Fee Refund" in the subject line.

When referencing the change(s) for which you are requesting a refund, please include your 13 digit ticket number (beginning with 014), your six character booking reference, and your full name and mailing address as it appears in the booking for which you are requesting the refund. You may also forward the electronic confirmation of your modified itinerary/receipt as a further reference.

Refunds may take from 10-15 business days to process and will be applied to the credit card used to make the original booking.
