What is group travel?
You are travelling as a group if you are 10 or more people flying together on the same date to the same destination.
If you are not all flying together our Meetings and Conventions service may be what you need.
Why book as a group?
The Air Canada Group Desk offers reduced fares and guaranteed blocked space for groups of ten or more people travelling together on the same Air Canada flight to the same domestic, transborder or international destination. Group bookings can be made up to eleven months in advance.
Generic advance seat selection for your group is completed at time of booking, when available.
In addition to our discounted pricing, you can earn complimentary tickets in Economy Class when travel is on Air Canada, Air Canada Rouge or Air Canada Express, based on the number of ticketed passengers.
How do I book travel for my group?
Here are the forms you’ll need to book travel for your group:

Provide us with your contact information and an agent will get in touch with you. Only an authorized credit card is accepted. Please do not submit your credit card information via email.
- [Urgent] Travel/Payments within 2 business days
Only valid requests for travel or payment deadlines for today or the next business day will be actioned. All other requests beyond the next business day will not be received.
If you and your group choose to travel with us, you’ll be asked to complete and submit a passenger list and the list of equipment you’ll be travelling with (if applicable):
