From Cancun to Calgary, Air Canada takes the flavours and ingredients from just a few of our exciting destinations and invites Londoners to feast on twists of the iconic Canadian dish, Poutine.
Growing in popularity all over the world, Poutine, in the traditional form is a culinary delight of crispy chips, topped with delicious cheese curds and a rich gravy. At the #CoolNotCold Poutinerie at the Old Spitalfields Market, Londoners can sample bespoke Poutines inspired by 10 of Air Canada’s destinations around the globe. From San Diego’s southern special made up of Sweet Potato Fries, Grilled Steak, Gravy, Guac and Cotija Cheese to Melbourne’s moreish serving of Chips, Aussie BBQ Prawn with Chilli Cocktail and Ginger Slaw. You’ll get a taste of destinations you can fly to from London, and hopefully some inspiration for your next trip too. All proceeds will be in support of Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity.
