How to connect

Getting connected to the best in-flight entertainment couldn’t be easier. Simply follow these 3 steps. 

 

1.     Enable Wi-Fi while in “Airplane” mode.

 

2.    Connect to the “AirCanadaWiFi” network.

 

3.     Launch your browser and type the following into the address bar:  "aircanadawifi.com" or "rougewifi.com" for Air Canada Rouge® flights.

Purchase Wi-Fi

You can purchase Wi-Fi access while on board or, on selected flights within North America and to the Caribbean, it is available for purchase prior to departure. 

Power up in the air

To keep you up and running, there are power outlets at every Business Class seat, as well as at select stations in Economy Class. USB ports are also available at every seat for charging.

Supported devices and browsers

Air Canada Wi-Fi works with Wi-Fi-enabled devices running Android,® Apple,® Blackberry® and Windows® platforms. Supported web browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer (8+), Microsoft Edge or Safari.

Please note Voice service (including voice over IP) is not supported.

Wi-Fi access is only available on select Air Canada-operated flights within North America.
