For the purpose of this Offer, the following terms are defined as follows:

• “Eligible Scheduled Flight” means a flight operated by Air Canada® (including flights operated under the Air Canada Express® banner and operated by Air Canada Rouge®) between an airport in the USA and an airport at an Eligible Destination. It does not include codeshare and interline flights.
• “Eligible Fare” means those Air Canada published fares that are exclusively eligible for this Offer: Business Class flexible, Business Class lowest, Premium Economy flexible, Premium Economy lowest, Premium Rouge flexible, Premium Rouge lowest, Economy Latitude, comfort, Economy Flex and Economy Standard.
• “Eligible Destination” means any destination in Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, South America, Mexico and the Caribbean within the Air Canada network with a transit stop in Canada.
• “Offer Period” means the period during which this Offer is valid which is between April 28, 2025, starting at 00:01 Newfoundland Time through to May 11, 2025, inclusively, ending at 23:59 Pacific Time.
• “Travel Period” means the period during which travel must take place, which is between April 28, 2025, through to December 15, 2025, inclusively.
• “Offer”: During the Offer Period, earn up to 12,000 bonus Aeroplan points on a new booking of an Eligible Scheduled Flights to an Eligible Destination for travel during the Travel Period.
• More specifically, for a new booking of:
• One (1) round trip of an Eligible Scheduled Flight: earn 12,000 bonus Aeroplan points; Or
• One (1) one-way trip of an Eligible Scheduled Flight: earn 6,000 bonus Aeroplan points
• For example, an Eligible Scheduled Flight booked in Economy Flex from Boston (BOS) to London-Heathrow (LHR) that has a transit stop in Toronto (YYZ), is considered a one-way trip and will be awarded 6,000 bonus Aeroplan points. A round-trip booking in Economy Flex, in turn, consists of two bounds: One from an airport in the USA to the Eligible Destination (via Canada), and a second one from an Eligible Destination (via Canada) back to an airport in the USA. One round-trip will be awarded 12,000 Aeroplan bonus points. The departure of the first outbound trip must commence in the USA to be eligible for this Offer, although both one-way trip flights may originate in the USA.
• To qualify as new, the booking must have been created for the first time during the Offer Period, with a new booking reference number. Any booking made prior to the start of the Offer Period that is subsequently changed to include travel dates within the Travel Period will not be considered a new booking that is eligible for the Offer.
• Open only to Aeroplan® Members in good standing.  
• Only members who were targeted for this offer are eligible. To participate in the Offer, the Aeroplan Member must register for the Offer during the Offer Period BEFORE booking the Eligible Scheduled Flights, by entering their Aeroplan number in the registration box of the landing page and clicking on “Register now”.
• To be eligible to receive the bonus Aeroplan points, an Aeroplan Member must provide their Aeroplan number at time of booking.
• Flight redemption bookings and bookings made with a combination of Aeroplan points and cash are not eligible for this Offer.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion, including for certainty, points earned in conjunction with the Aeroplan Elite™ Status bonus which are expressly excluded from this Offer.
• Bonus Aeroplan points awarded through this Offer will count towards Everyday Status Qualification as part of Aeroplan Elite™ Status.
• Bonus Aeroplan points awarded are not Status Qualifying Miles (SQM).
• The Offer is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash.
• Taxes, fees and charges apply.
• Not available for group bookings.
• Bonus Aeroplan points will be credited up to six weeks after the completion of travel.
• Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
• If this Offer is not running as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, pandemic or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Aeroplan which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper conduct of this Offer, Aeroplan reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend the Offer, in whole or in part, or modify it in any way. Aeroplan also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from this Offer and to ban the individual from any future offers that it finds or believes to be tampering with the process or the operation of this Offer.
