About your Ticket
Travel between June 15th and August 30th, 2019:
A few options are available to you if you are travelling:
- between Montreal (YUL) and Barcelona (BCN) on a ticket purchased no later than May 7th, 2019
- between Montreal (YUL) and Paris (CDG) on a ticket purchased no later than May 9th, 2019
Options:
- You can change to another flight, free of charge, provided:
- the origin, destination and cabin you originally selected remain the same and
- you rebook your flight within 90 days of your original departure date.
- You can cancel your flight without penalty for a full refund.
- To rebook or cancel your flight, please contact Air Canada Reservations (1-833-354-5963).
- If you purchased your ticket with Aeroplan, Air Canada Vacations, or through a travel agent, please contact them directly.
- All seat fees will be automatically refunded within 30 days of travel.
Travel between August 31st and September 30th, 2019:
- If you purchased your ticket no later than June 4th, 2019, you have the option to rebook on another flight, free of charge, provided:
- the origin, destination and cabin you originally selected remain the same and
- you rebook your flight within 90 days of your original departure date.
- You may also cancel your flight without penalty for a full refund.
- To rebook or cancel your flight, please contact Air Canada Reservations (1-833-354-5963).
- If you purchased your ticket with Aeroplan, Air Canada Vacations, or through a travel agent,please contact them directly.

At the Airport
- You may check in for your flight online, using the Air Canada Mobile App or at an airport check-in kiosk.
- You can also proceed directly to the Air Canada check-in counters. Air Canada staff will be available there to assist you upon arrival.
- At Barcelona Airport (BCN), please check-in with Air Canada at Terminal 1.
- At Montreal-Trudeau Airport (YUL), please check-in with Air Canada.
- At Paris Charles-de-Gaulle Airport (CDG), please check-in with Air Canada at Terminal 2A.
Lounge Access
All eligible customers travelling between Montreal and Paris may access the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges at Montreal-Trudeau and Charles-de-Gaulle Airport (CDG).
Eligible customers travelling between Montreal and Barcelona may access a contract lounge at Barcelona Airport (BCN).
On Board
Flights Between Montreal and Paris
- If you purchased an Air Canada Signature Class ticket, you will be seated in Qatar Airways Business Class and will receive Air Canada Signature Class service, including complimentary meals and bar.
- If you purchased an Air Canada Premium Economy Class ticket, we will contact you directly to offer one of two options:
- Travel in Premium Economy Class on another Air Canada or partner flight between Montreal and Paris
- Travel in Economy Class on your original flight and receive a $250 travel voucher for a future flight.
- If you are seated in Economy Class, you will receive Air Canada Economy Class meal and beverage service.
Flights Between Montreal and Barcelona
- If you purchased an Air Canada Premium Rouge ticket, you will be seated in Qatar Airways Business Class and will receive Air Canada Signature Class service, including complimentary meals and bar.
- If you are seated in Economy Class, you will receive Air Canada Economy Class meal and beverage service.
The Qatar Airways aircraft is equipped with individual in-flight entertainment screens at each seat.
Aeroplan
- These new scheduled flights are automatically eligible for the accumulation of Aeroplan Miles, Altitude Qualifying Miles and Altitude Qualifying Segments, as well as to mileage or status earning capabilities with any participating program partner, subject to the mileage accumulation policies of Air Canada.
