Customers may change up to 2 hours before departing flight. No change fee per the applicable guidelines below.

Change of Origin/ Destination Passengers may choose to travel to/from an alternate Air Canada destination within ticket validity. Change fees are waived and ADCL will apply.

EXCEPTION :

Voluntary change to travel/from neighbouring countries instead of Ukraine is permitted without an additional collection as follows:

To/from Poland: WAW KRK KTW GDN WRO POZ
To/from Romania: BUH SBZ TSR CLJ IAS
To/from Moldova: KIV
To/from Hungary: BUD
To/from Slovakia: KSC 
 
Refunds Permitted

Passengers may also choose to:
• Hold for future travel credit (applicable to GDS bookings only).
• Convert the remaining value towards Aeroplan points or store the remaining value on an Air Canada Travel Voucher.
Aeroplan Tickets Please refer the customer to Aeroplan.
Endorsement Policy is filed as per fare rules. For exceptions, add waiver code ACAUKRAINE2022 to the ticket endorsement box.
