Air Canada has implemented a Goodwill policy for customers travelling to or from India and Pakistan.

If your booking has been affected by a Schedule Change, please refer to our Schedule Change document.

Note: All COVID-19 test results issued in India or Pakistan are not valid for travel to Canada. Connecting customers will be required to conduct a COVID-19 test in the transit country before their direct flight to Canada.
 

Policy

• Itineraries: To/from India and Pakistan
• Ticket stock: 014
• Tickets issued: No later than May 21, 2021
• Original travel dates: April 23, 2021 to June 21, 2021
• Re-booking window: Until November 30, 2021
    Blackouts
- Departing India: August 1, 2021 - September 15, 2021
- Departing Canada: October 18, 2021 - October 31, 2021

Re-protection Guidelines

Customers are permitted one free change per the guidelines below.

Economy re-booking up to M class.

Note: Re-protection for India must be on a non-stop Air Canada operated flight to/from India (YYZ-DEL-YYZ/YVR-DEL-YVR).
Policy Within Re-Booking Window
• Change fees: Waived
• ADCL: Waived if re-booked in the same cabin to the same origin and destination.
Policy Outside Re-Booking Window
• Change fees: Waived
• ADCL: Fare rules apply
Change of Destinations
• Passengers may choose to travel to/from an alternate Air Canada destination within ticket validity.
• Change fees are waived and ADCL will apply.
Aeroplan Flight Rewards
Please refer the customer to Aeroplan.
Refunds
Applicable for any unused portion of the ticket. Please use code ACAINDPAKGW21.
 
Ticket Endorsement
Please use endorsement code RTECXLGWAPR21.
