At Air Canada, safety is our top priority, and we are confident with the reintroduction of the Boeing 737 Max aircraft into our operation as of February 1, 2021. However, we do understand that certain customers may prefer alternate travel options, and we have therefore instituted this flexible goodwill policy.

Any itinerary that includes an Air Canada Boeing 737 Max aircraft; this can include connections on OAL:AC* or pure OAL (subject to original booking code availability) |

Ticket issued: Any date of issue |

Original travel dates: On/before March 31, 2021 |

Re-booking window: +/- 7 days of the original flights within the same cabin (the inbound segment can be re-booked outside the re-booking window in order to maintain the original length of stay) |

Air Canada Vacations bookings (for the Air Canada Vacations change and cancellation policy, click here) |

Rebooked 7M8 portions must be on AC flights; OAL not permitted for the rebooked portions. |
Group bookings

For unticketed group bookings: contact Group Travel on the existing group case to move the entire group to a new time/date. |

For ticketed group bookings: please re-protect each passenger individually as per fare rules and guidelines below. Please advise Group Travel of any reductions to group size which have been re-issued as individuals. |
