Work stoppages continue to affect shipments destined to, and transiting through, Sao Paolo, Brazil (GRU).
After an initial strike last week, a new strike commenced Monday, May 22, with no scheduled end date.
Shipments are subject to delay until further notice. Storage fees, which are levied by the government of Brazil, will apply and cannot be removed by Air Canada Cargo.
Live animals, human remains and emergency medical supplies should not be impacted.
