The following information concerns all visitors, including drivers, who are required as part of their work to enter our cargo facility at Toronto Pearson International Airport. We ask that you share this information
with the right people within your organization and with your contracted service providers.
Starting May 5, as part of our efforts to help stop the spread of Covid-19, all visitors to Air Canada Cargo at YYZ will be required to complete a wellness assessment prior to entering the facility.
This assessment is non-invasive and does not require providing any personal data. Visitors will complete a short questionnaire and undergo a temperature check.
Visitors deemed to pose a health risk as a result of the assessment will not be able to enter the facility. Shipments will need to be rebooked or retrieved at another time.
Assessments will be conducted at the main door of the customer service area of the facility at 2580 Britannia Road East. Note that this process is quick and should not cause delays at our facility.
