November 27, 2020 Delays Affecting Retrievals in Toronto
Dear valued customer,
Due to congestion on the ramp at our cargo hub in YYZ, we expect delays in processing freight up to ten hours today. We encourage you to use the online Track and Trace function to ensure shipments are ready before dispatching trucks to retrieve them.
Our operations teams are working to clear backlogs as quickly as possible.
