For your safety and that of our employees, effective immediately, wearing a face covering is mandatory for all visitors to Air Canada Cargo facilities across Canada. This requirement applies to anyone visiting our facilities, including drivers and customers.
Visitors must bring their own face covering, which may include a cloth mask, scarf, bandana, or similar item. Please see the Government of Canada website for examples of recommended non-medical coverings.
Anyone with a cough or flu-like symptoms must make alternate arrangements rather than visit in person.
The mandatory use of face coverings compliments the precautions already in place at our facilities. Our employees practice physical distancing, wear face coverings and other PPE, and follow other health and safety guidelines. Customer-facing areas have been modified and we ask that you follow the directions provided on signage and floor decals to facilitate physical distancing.
Please advise all third-party entities working on your behalf of these requirements.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our workplace safe for everyone.
