With the new Air Canada Cargo My Messages inbox, you will get Flight Notifications and Cargo Notifications that you registered for all in one place.
What does My Messages include?
The new My Messages service is the link between you and Air Canada Cargo while you're on the go. Receive the Cargo Notification updates that you registered for as well as Flight Notifications.
Your My Messages inbox can include the following:- Flight Notifications
- Cargo Notifications
How to access ?
You can access your inbox from one of the following:- The Air Canada Cargo Web Signals logo on your mobile device's home screen;
- The link on your Cargo Notifications e-mail;
- The My Messages tab from the iPhone and BlackBerry App
How to manage My Messages?
My Messages is a view-only inbox. You will not be able to add, delete or modify messages. Your My Messages inbox will store messages for up to 3 days after final cargo delivery and older messages will be automatically removed.
