We will continue to provide you with updates and news by email. If there are people in your organization that could benefit from this information, please forward this message to them. We encourage all our customers to sign up to receive email messages from us at www.aircanadacargo.com/news.

We thank you for your cooperation and continued support.
We have regrouped all of Air Canada Cargo's COVID-19 updates here for you to bookmark and stay up to date on all our initiatives to keep the global supply chain moving.
Air Canada Cargo accepts bookings for live animals, except for cats and dogs (PLP).
For their care and safety, and due to flight schedule changes and cancellations, the restriction on cats and dogs will remain in place until further notice.
If you have any questions regarding a shipment, please contact your local customer service representative.
In compliance with World Health Organization recommendations, Air Canada Cargo will only accept cremated human remains where the deceased person was confirmed to be infected with COVID-19.
If you have questions regarding the transport of a human remain, please contact your local customer service representative.
For your safety and that of our employees, effective immediately, Air Canada Cargo strongly recommends that our customers and their representatives (including truck drivers) wear face coverings when visiting our facilities. This additional safeguard follows Transport Canada's directive that travelers wear face coverings at Canadian airports and is consistent with recommendations from various health authorities, including the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).
If you or one of your representatives visits one of our cargo facilities, we ask that you bring your own face covering, which may include a cloth mask, scarf, bandana, or similar item. Please see the Government of Canada website for examples of recommended non-medical coverings.
The encouraged use of face coverings compliments the existing precautions in place at our facilities. Air Canada Cargo employees practice social distancing, wear gloves as part of their normal PPE, and are also encouraged to wash their hands regularly and avoid touching their face. We ask that our visitors do the same, and that anyone with a cough or any flu-like symptoms make alternate arrangements rather than visit us in person.
Customer-facing areas at some Air Canada Cargo facilities have been modified and we ask that you follow the directions provided on signage and floor decals to encourage social distancing.
In many cases, local stations will implement additional measures tailored to their needs.
