Air Canada flights and motorcoach connections are ticketed on a single AC 014 ticket; therefore, all fare rules of the ticket apply.

Can I book the motorcoach services in all points of sale and booking channels?

Bookings can be made on aircanada.com, aircanada.com/agents, NDC, your GDS, and G-Cubed for Group bookings.

Do Air Canada web and mobile check-in notifications include the motorcoach segment?

Yes.

Are sports equipment, musical instruments and PETC permitted on motorcoaches?

Yes, as per Air Canada polices.

Are Unaccompanied Minors able to travel on the motorcoach?

No. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or over.

What happens if a motorcoach or a flight delay results in customers missing their flights or motorcoach connection?

Customers must see an Air Canada agent to be rebooked.

Can unused tickets which include motorcoach segments be kept for future travel credits, or transferred to an AC Wallet?

Yes, provided the fare is eligible.

Is Time of Ticketing applicable to bookings with motorcoach services?

Yes.
