(the “Contest Rules”)

The Contest is brought to you by Air Canada® (the “Contest Organizer”) in collaboration with les Francofolies de Montréal Inc. (the “Contest Sponsor”). The Contest starts on June 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on June 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

  1. Eligibility

The Contest is open to all residents of Quebec who have reached the age of majority prior to the Contest Period and who are members of the Aeroplan® program during the Contest Period (each, an “Eligible Participant”). If you are not an Aeroplan member, you can join now. Membership in the Aeroplan program is free.

Directors, employees, representatives, or agents of Contest Organizer, Contest Sponsor (if applicable) and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, successors and assigns, and their respective media partners, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), and members of the immediate family (parents, children, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they are domiciled) of any of the aforementioned and persons with whom any of the aforementioned are domiciled are not eligible to enter the Contest.

The Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (including government-issued photo identification) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in the Contest, the legitimacy of any entry, or for any other reason deemed necessary to administer the Contest. Failure to provide such proof within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification.

  1. How to participate in the Contest

No Purchase Necessary.

Eligible Participants can enter the Contest either via (I) Online Entry or (II) Mail-In Entry, detailed as follows:

  1. Online Entry

    Eligible Participants can enter the Contest by visiting the Contest website at aircanada.com/louadrianecassidycontest and completing and submitting a Contest entry form during the Contest Period.
  2. Mail-In Entry

    Eligible Participants can enter the Contest by mailing a fifty (50) word essay, in English or in French, about why they would like to win the Contest along with their name, address, email address, telephone number and Aeroplan number (if applicable) to the following address:

    Only one (1) entry per envelope is permitted for a maximum of one (1) entry per Eligible Participant during the Contest Period. Mail-in entries must be received by the Contest Organizer before the end of the Contest Period. The Contest Organizer takes no responsibility for any lost, stolen, delayed, illegible, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed mail-in entries. Essays that are not an original creation of the person submitting it, or which are illegal, defamatory or in any way obscene, all as determined solely by the Contest Organizer, will be disqualified.

Entry Requirements

To qualify as an Eligible Entry, all content and materials submitted (collectively, the “Submission”) must:

  1. be submitted and received in accordance with these Contest Rules during the applicable Contest Period;
  2. include all required components and materials noted above; and
  3. comply with these Contest Rules, including, but not limited to, the General Terms and Conditions listed below (all as determined by the Contest Organizer at its sole and absolute discretion).

Each Submission received from an Eligible Participant that meets the requirements above will be considered an “Eligible Entry” and collectively the “Eligible Entries.”

*Only one (1) Eligible Entry per Eligible Participant (regardless of method of entry) is allowed for the duration of the Contest Period*

By entering the Contest, each Eligible Participant agrees that their Eligible Entry, including any posts, written submissions, essays, pictures and/or videos (each a “Creative Work”), complies with the following restrictions (collectively, the “Content Restrictions”). Each Creative Work must:

  • not be illegal, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or disparaging;
  • not contain material that violates the laws or regulations of any jurisdiction, or that violates or infringes any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or any other intellectual property rights; and
  • align with the values of the Contest Organizer and the purpose of the Contest.

The Contest Organizer may choose to disqualify an Eligible Participant if it believes, at its sole discretion, that the Eligible Entry fails to comply with the Content Restrictions.

Each Eligible Participant warrants and represents the following:

  • they are the sole and original creator and exclusive owner of any Creative Work forming part of the Submission;
  • the Submission (including any Creative Work) does not infringe on any rights of any third parties; and
  • any third parties appearing in the Creative Work have given appropriate consent to be featured and used as permitted herein.

The Contest Organizer reserves the right to request releases from any third parties appearing in any Creative Work at any time. Failure to produce such releases upon request may result in disqualification, as determined by the Contest Organizer at its sole and absolute discretion.

By participating in this Contest, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Contest Rules.

  1. Prize(s)

There are two (2) prizes to be won (each, a “Prize”; collectively, the “Prizes”), each consisting of the following:

For a winner selected on June 10, 2026, and three (3) guests:

  1. Four (4) concert tickets for the Lou‑Adriane Cassidy concert on June 12, 2026, at MTELUS (CAD $218);
  2. Two hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $200) in food and drink vouchers valid at the food concessions at the Francos de Montréal site; and
  3. One hundred and eighty Canadian dollars (CAD $180) in coupons for promotional merchandise from the Francos de Montréal.

For a winner selected on June 25, 2026, and one (1) guest:

  1. Two (2) Economy Class round-trip ticket(s) on any flight operated by Air Canada (including, flights operated under the Air Canada Express banner and operated by Air Canada Rouge) from the major Canadian airport served by Air Canada closest to the winner’s place of residence to Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport (CDG) in Paris;
  2. One (1) prepaid credit card in the amount of two thousand three hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $2,300) (may be issued across several cards);
  3. Two (2) concert tickets to Lou-Adriane Cassidy’s October 1, 2026, show at Café de la Danse in Paris, valued at eighty Canadian dollars (CAD $80).

Travel Terms and Conditions

Reservations for flights and accommodations (if applicable) are subject to availability. Each Prize winner and their respective guests must participate in all elements of the Prize together on the same itinerary.

The winner of the first draw Prize (Montréal concert) and their guests must be available to attend the show on the scheduled date. The winner of the second draw Prize (Paris concert) and their guest must be available to attend the show in Paris on the scheduled date; however, the round-trip travel dates will be at the winner’s discretion, subject to flight availability.

Travel does not qualify for Aeroplan points accumulation or for mileage/points accumulation in any other frequent flyer program. No changes are permitted to reservations once the date of travel is confirmed or the ticket has been issued. The use of upgrade certificates is not permitted for flights. Use of the airfare tickets is subject to Air Canada’s General Terms and Conditions Of Carriage.

The Prize winner and their guest are responsible for any and all costs, surcharges, fees, charges, expenses and taxes not expressly described herein, including, without limitation, applicable local air departure taxes, ground transportation, gratuities, merchandise, telephone calls, personal expenses of any nature for overnight layover, meals and beverages, service charges, in-flight meals and entertainment, costs incurred to and from the departure point as the Prize originates and terminates there, obtaining sufficient personal travel insurance prior to departure, if desired, obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documentation, such as passports and visas, and complying with regulations related to immigration, customs, security, health and entry.

The Prize winner will not receive compensation for any elements of any Prize that any participant is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Prize will be forfeited. If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the winner. The winner may not charge any guest for participating in the Prize. Any unused, unclaimed, or declined portion of any Prize will be forfeited, have no cash value, and the Contest Organizer and the Contest Sponsor (if applicable) shall have no obligation to provide either an alternative or value-in-kind.

The Prize winner agrees and acknowledges that the Contest Organizer will not be liable if the guest or the Prize winner are denied boarding due to any failure to comply with applicable travel restrictions or requirements.

The Prize winner and their guest understand and acknowledge the risks related to the spread of infectious or contagious diseases and understand it remains their responsibility to take the necessary precautions applicable to any health hazards, including but not limited to COVID-19.

Other mandatory safety protocols may apply based on the nature of the Prize. Availability of the services and facilities may be impacted.

The exact value of the Prize depends on point of departure and destination as well as time of booking and travel (if applicable). The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be sold, transferred or converted to cash and will not be refunded if unused. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual costs of the Prizes will not be awarded. No substitutions, changes or extensions are permitted. The Contest Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value.

  1. Prize Draw

Two random draws will be held from all Eligible Entries received from Eligible Participants during the Contest Period to select the winner(s) of the Prize. The draws will be held at the Contest Organizer’s offices, located at 525 Viger Avenue West, Suite 1000, Montréal, Quebec,  H2Z 0B2, on June 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET, and on June 25, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET.

The odds of winning a Prize will depend upon the total number of Eligible Entries received from Eligible Participants during the Contest Period.

  1. Claiming of Prize

In order to be declared a winner and claim their Prize, the Eligible Participant selected as per these Contest Rules will be contacted by telephone at the number provided and associated with their Aeroplan account used to enter the Contest. The Eligible Participant selected for the June 10, 2026, draw must confirm acceptance within three (3) hours of being contacted by telephone. The Eligible Participant selected for the June 25, 2026, draw must confirm acceptance within three (3) calendar days of being contacted by telephone. Instructions for claiming the Prize will be provided by the Contest Organizer, the Contest Sponsor (if applicable), or their representatives. Eligible Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their social media account settings allow receipt of such notification messages from the Contest Organizer (if applicable). The Contest Organizer will not be liable for any failure of any website, Social Platform, communication system and/or network.

Failure by the selected Eligible Participant to confirm their acceptance within the specified time will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize. At its entire discretion, the Contest Organizer may select another Eligible Participant among the Eligible Entries by the same selection method described above.

Before being declared a Prize winner, each selected Eligible Participant must:

  • Correctly answer a time-limited four-step mathematical skill-testing question;
  • Sign a declaration form confirming that they:
    • comply with the eligibility requirements;
    • have read and comply with the Contest Rules;
    • accept the Prize as awarded;
    • comply with any Prize conditions/restrictions;
    • consent to the publication of their name, city of residence and photo without additional compensation; and
    • acknowledge the disclaimer of liability from the Contest Entities and each of the foregoing entities’ directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents.

The Prize winner’s guest must also sign a similar declaration form (if applicable).

Only the selected Eligible Participant(s) will be contacted. Once an Eligible Participant is declared a Prize winner by the Contest Organizer, the Prize redemption details will be provided.

  1. General Terms and Conditions

Accuracy and Verification of Submissions. All Submissions and all information provided by Eligible Participants must be complete and accurate. The Contest Organizer is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, any error or technological malfunctions, telephone or internet interruptions and/or any late/incomplete/erroneously completed Prize claims or declaration forms.

All Submissions are subject to verification by the Contest Organizer and may be disqualified if received outside of the Contest Period, are incomplete, illegible, irregular, photocopied or otherwise reproduced, submitted through illicit means or if they contain any false statements, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Contest Rules.

Ownership and Use of Submissions. All Submissions become property of the Contest Organizer and will not be returned. Each Eligible Participant grants permission for the Contest Organizer and the Contest Sponsor (if applicable) to: (i) use the contents of their Eligible Entry including name and address for editorial, advertising, marketing and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation, notification or permission; and (ii) publish without compensation the full name, city of residence, and photograph of all Prize winners and Eligible Participants waive all rights with respect to printed, broadcast and other forms of publicity.

Personal Information. By entering the Contest, Eligible Participants expressly consent to the Contest Organizer, the Contest Sponsor (if applicable), media partners, advertising and promotional agencies, storing, sharing and using their name, mailing address, telephone number, email address and Aeroplan membership number (if applicable) (collectively, “Personal Information”) submitted with their Eligible Entry only for the purpose of administering the Contest.

The Contest Organizer will use and retain Personal Information in accordance with applicable laws and the Contest Organizer’s Privacy Policy

Contest Integrity and Disqualification. If the Contest cannot proceed as planned due to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause, the Contest Organizer may, at its sole discretion and without notice, suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, with no further obligations to Eligible Participants. If the Contest Organizer determines, at its sole discretion, that any entry compromises the integrity of the Contest, the Contest Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the entry at issue or terminate the Contest in its entirety with no further obligations to Eligible Participants.

The Contest Organizer further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual from the Contest, and/or to revoke, rescind, withhold or otherwise limit the Prize awarded, and/or to ban the individual from any future contest of the Contest Organizer who it finds or believes to be:

  1. tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest;
  2. violating the Contest Rules or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person;
  3. engaging in conduct which brings the Contest Organizer into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule, or which shocks, insults, or offends the community or any group or class thereof, or offends public morals and decency or which reflects unfavourably upon the Contest Entities and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, or their respective products or services, as determined in the reasonable discretion of the Contest Organizer; or
  4. posting or making available to the public any content of any form on any media (including any social media platform) that mentions, tags, alludes to, or associates itself in any way with the Contest and/or Prize which, in the reasonable discretion of the Contest Organizer, infringes on or otherwise violates the rights of the Contest Entities and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns.

Limitation of Liability By entering this Contest, Eligible Participants agree that the Contest Entities do not make any representation or warranty, or assume any liability beyond what has been described as the Prize in these Contest Rules.

Final Decisions. Eligible Participants agree to be bound by all decisions of the Contest Organizer and/or Contest Sponsor (if applicable) regarding the Contest which shall be final and binding in all respects.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Contest is subject to all applicable national, federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. Unless otherwise provided by law, all actions, proceedings or litigation relating hereto shall be adjudicated in the judicial district of Montréal, province of Quebec, and the parties consent to such exclusive venue and jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property All intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations is owned by the Contest Organizer and/or the Contest Sponsor (if applicable) and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.

Severability. If any provision of these Contest Rules is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of any one provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
