Terms and conditions

1 Bookings are permitted 24 hours after purchase. Option to extend validity of Flight Pass for 3 months, with a $250 fee.

2 A peak surcharge applies on the Standard fare Flight Pass option for travel in North America from December 16, 2020 through January 6, 2021, inclusively.

3 Book as late as 1 hour before a flight travelling within North America and 2 hours before a flight travelling to and from Europe and Asia.

To qualify for this offer, you must be a student and a Canadian resident with a valid Aeroplan membership and valid email address at the time of purchase and during the validity period of the Flight Pass. If you are not a member, you may enroll at aeroplan.com. The purchasing Aeroplan member must be the travelling student.

Available to full-time or part-time students with valid student identification card with picture from a registered educational institution. Student identification card must be carried during travel as it may be requested at any time during flight check-in or boarding.

The Student Flight Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Student Flight Pass is valid for 15 months from the moment of purchase.

Flight Credit bookings are subject to the attributes, availability, terms and conditions of the fare option selected. Changes and cancellation fees will apply. Upgrades using Air Canada eUpgrade Credits are permitted, as per the terms and conditions of the eUpgrades program. Learn more at aircanada.com/eUpgrades. Eligible flights will accumulate Altitude Qualifying Miles and Altitude Qualifying Dollars.

During peak periods, Standard fares will be subject to a peak surcharge. Seats during peak days are subject to availability and may not always be available. Peak days are between December 16, 2020, and January 6, 2021, inclusively. The peak fare premium will be charged at time of booking and not paid when purchasing the Flight Pass. The booking tool will alert the student when they select a peak day that a surcharge will apply. The payment will be processed prior to booking confirmation.

Price and fees may differ based on the province of residence in the purchaser’s Aeroplan profile.
