Flight Pass for Business Travel Bonus Credits (The “Offer”)
For the purpose of this Offer, the following terms are defined as follows:
- “Flight Pass” means eligible flight passes for Business Travel of:
a)Thirty (30) Flight Credits for up to ten (10) travellers; or
b)Sixty (60) Flight Credits for up to twenty (20) travellers; or
c)One hundred (100) Flight Credits for up to thirty-five (35) travellers; or
d)One hundred (100) Flight Credits - Flexible Benefits for up to five hundred (500) travellers; or
e)Two hundred (200) Flight Credits for up to seventy-five (75) travellers; and
f)Two hundred (200) Flight Credits - Flexible Benefits for up to five hundred (500) travellers.
- “Eligible Business” means businesses and not-for-profit organizations that are duly registered and doing business in Canada.
- “Eligible Fares” means the following fares that are exclusively eligible for this Offer: Flex, Latitude, Premium Economy and Business Class options.
- ”Eligible Zone” means any North American or international city that is listed in the “View list of Cities” under any of the Flight Passes for Business Travel category.
- “Flight Credit” each Flight Credit is the equivalent of one (1) one-way flight including connecting flights to an Eligible Zone per traveller.
- “Offer Period” means the period for which this Offer is valid which is from September 1, 2026 starting at 12:00 a.m. to October 1, 2026 inclusively, ending at 11:59 p.m. in the city of departure in Canada.
- “Validity Period” means the period for which the Flight Pass is valid which is twelve (12) or fifteen (15) consecutive months from the date of purchase.
“Offer”: During the Offer Period, an Eligible Business will receive up to eighteen (18) bonus Flight Credits (“Bonus Flight Credits”) when purchasing a Flight Pass in Eligible Fares for travel in an Eligible Zone.
The Bonus Flight Credits will be credited at the time of purchase of the Flight Pass.
Bonus Flight Credits cannot be sold and are non-transferable. They have no cash value and cannot be converted to cash or refunded if unused.
Flight Passes are valid for flights operated by Air Canada and under the Air Canada Express® and Air Canada Rouge® brands and select Codeshare flights.
Travels made with Flight Pass must be booked and flown within the Validity Period. This Flight Pass can be extended for three (3) months for a fee in accordance with the applicable fare rules.
Travels booked using Flight Pass are subject to the attributes, availability, and the terms and conditions of the fare option selected. Changes and cancellation fees may apply. All flights on the Flight Pass will accumulate Status Qualifying Credits.
