Additional Information
To avoid fraudulent purchases, (e.g. due to a lost card or the provision of false information), Air Canada reserves the right to request additional information from the passengers and/or the cardholder at any time after a purchase has been made - including at check-in - so that it may verify the information provided when the purchase was made. Air Canada also reserves the right to require another form of payment should a customer not be able to accurately provide the additional information.
