How often are the timetables updated?

We update our timetables once a week on Friday morning. If you would like, you can subscribe to receive an email when the timetable is updated by sending an e-mail to reminder@actimetable.com and putting "subscribe" in the subject line.


What is the Pocket PC timetable?

The Pocket PC timetable is a convenient way to carry Air Canada's latest timetable with you anywhere you go. Follow the simple steps, and the next time you Sync, the timetable will install to your Pocket PC. Select the departure and arrival city, the date of travel, and then choose your flight route. You can even automatically add the route you create to your calendar.  You will need to download this timetable again to get the latest one, as it is updated once a week.


Do you have a service that reminds me of timetable updates?

How do I update my timetable?

What is the Palm OS timetable?

The Palm OS timetable is a convenient way to carry Air Canada's latest timetable with you anywhere you go. Follow the simple steps, and the next time you Hot Sync, the timetable will download to your Palm. Select the departure and arrival city, the date of travel, and then choose your flight. All the necessary flight details you need are there in the palm of your hand. You can even automatically add the itinerary you create to your datebook. What is the Printable Timetable?

The printable timetable is our traditional timetable in PDF format. This timetable can be viewed either online (by clicking the left-hand mouse button) or you can save it to your computer (by clicking the right-hand mouse button) for future use. You will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader to use this timetable. It is updated every Friday.


What is the PC Timetable?

The PC timetable is a source of Air Canada's schedules, as well as other useful travel information available when you need it, online of off. Once you have downloaded the timetable, you can access it by clicking on the icon on your PC's desktop. This interactive travel planning tool allows you to look up your departure and destination cities, build your connections, and save your planned itineraries until you can log onto aircanada.ca and book your flights. You will need to download this timetable again to get the latest one, as it is updated once a week. To help you remember to do so, send an email to reminder@actimetable.com and put "subscribe" in the subject line. As soon as it is updated, we'll send you an email to remind you.


I have downloaded the file, but not sure where it is saved. How can I find it?

Use the 'Find' function under the Windows 'Start' menu and search for the name of the file. If you previously downloaded the timetable and you were not prompted to overwrite the file that is on your PC, you will also have an older version on your PC. Use the latest version, and remove the older one.


I have downloaded the file, but I cannot get it to work. What went wrong?

If you cannot open the file, the file may have been corrupted during the download process. Please download again. Once you download the file, you will need to install it.  Locate and open the file and just following the instructions.
