Now you can access Important travel Information when you are on the move. Use Air Canada Mobile Services and make your travel easier.

Access Departure and Arrival information for all Air Canada and Regional flights. Using Flight Status, check real time departure/arrival status from your Internet-enabled mobile phone for any flight departing yesterday, today, or tomorrow. Information is updated each minute for accuracy..

To use the Flight Status feature:

1. Choose Flight Status from the Air Canada’s Mobile Services main menu.
2. Enter the flight number for which you would like status information.
3. Select from Yesterday/Today/Tomorrow.
4. Current flight status information for the requested flight will appear on the display screen.

To use the Timetable feature:

1. Choose Timetable from the Air Canada’s Mobile Services main menu.
2. Enter the Origin city/airport code.
3. Enter the Destination city/airport code.
4. Select the month and day of departure.
5. Your request will return current timetable information for the city pair and dates requested.
6. Select from the flights listed to receive more detail for a particular flight
7. After selecting the flight of your choice, from your Internet-enabled phone you can go back to the main menu or choose "Status" to check the status of the flight, or "Reserve Now" to connect with Air Canada Reservations Call Centre. From your wireless PDA you can go back to the main menu or choose the "Status" option.

Your request will return current timetable information for the city pair and dates requested.

With your Aeroplan and PIN numbers, access your Aeroplan account balance and qualifying flight information at any time information from your Internet-enabled phone or wireless PDA. If you require a new PIN or have forgotten it, you can retrieve it or request a new one online.

To access Aeroplan account balance information:

1. Choose Aeroplan Account Balance from the Air Canada’s Mobile Services main menu.
2. Enter your Aeroplan account number.
3. Enter your PIN. (See note above if you do not have a valid PIN.)
4. Your Aeroplan account balance and qualifying flights will appear on the screen.

Phone numbers are provided for Reservations (Canada/US), Aeroplan, Baggage Services, Group Reservations and Convention Reservations. From your Internet-enabled phone, select one of these options and press "Call" to connect with the corresponding Call Centre. Select "Main" to return to the Air Canada Main Menu.
