  • If you want to unsubscribe from ALL of your previously requested notifications, you can do so, at any time, simply text* "STOP," "END," "QUIT," "CANCEL," or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to Air Canada at shortcode '23622' or ('23333'). You will receive the following message on your mobile device:
  • If you need further assistance, text* "HELP" or "INFO" to Air Canada at '23622' or ('23333'). You will receive the following messages on your mobile device:
    • HELP: "AC Mobile Services - Info: aircanada.com (mobile services) or cspoperations@aircanada.ca. Std/other charges may apply. Reply STOP to end services"
