Receive automatic notifications for flight delays of 2 hours or more and flight cancellations within 48-5 hours prior to departure when you provide us with your mobile phone number!
Effective June 18th, any confirmed passenger booking that contains a mobile phone number will now automatically be sent a text (SMS) message advising of a delay or cancellation as well as protection details for the affected flight. This differs from our Flight Notification mobile service where customers sign up themselves or sign up others for the flights they wish to be notified for. Irregular Operation Notification is provided for any passenger confirmed on an AC flight and provides a mobile phone number at time of booking.
