Upon reception of your Maple Leaf Club membership card as it is mandatory to present it to access the eligible lounges part of your program.
You can also choose the:
Express Service Option: for an additional charge of $25.00 CAD (tax included) at the time of enrollment/renewal, you can receive an e-mail with a personalized authorization letter allowing you to access the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges (ONLY) until you receive your membership card. Present this letter along with your boarding pass for a confirmed same day departing ticket on Air Canada or Star Alliance carrier to access any Maple Leaf Lounge. This letter is NOT valid in any other partner lounges and can only be used in Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges (the Express Service Option is only available to Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members (NOT applicable for memberships through the Aeroplan miles redemption program).
Please allow approximately 30 days to receive your Air Canada Maple Leaf Club welcome package (including guide and card) after the enrollment/renewal has been processed and rest assured that your Maple Leaf Club membership will be valid for a full 12 months.
The cost of becoming an Air Canada Maple Leaf Club member is only $459 CAD (tax included) per year. You can also purchase a membership for your spouse at the reduced rate of $216 CAD (tax included).
The cost of becoming an Air Canada Maple Leaf Club Worldwide member is only $649 CA (tax included) per year. You can also purchase a membership for your spouse at the reduced rate of $299 CAD (tax included).

If your Air Canada Maple Leaf Club membership card has been lost, misplaced or stolen, please call our Service Centre toll-free at 1-866-556-9504 between the hours of 9:00 and 16:00 (Eastern Time). A replacement fee of $25CAD will apply.

For just $15 CAD ($15 USD) before 11 a.m., or $25 CA ($25 USD) after 11 a.m. you can bring fellow travellers with you into an Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge. You and your guests must each have a confirmed same-day departing ticket on an Air Canada or Star Alliance carrier. You may invite an unlimited number of guests, subject to space availability. Please note that guests must enter the lounge with you. An adult who is a member must accompany children under the age of majority.
Please note that there are no guest privileges in other non-Air Canada Lounges.
The Worldwide Maple Leaf Club membership entitles you to one (1) complimentary guest in all lounges.
You will not be able to access the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges without a valid Air Canada Maple Leaf Club, Air Canada Maple Leaf Club World Wide membership card or a valid authorization letter provided to you if you selected the Express Service option at the time of your enrollment/renewal. The Express Service Option is only available to Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members (NOT applicable for memberships through the Aeroplan miles redemption program) and is valid in the Maple Leaf Club Lounges of Air Canada (ONLY).
