Camping and sporting equipment restrictions

When packing for your next outdoor adventure, please remember Transport Canada and the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority baggage restrictions. Camping fuels, such as propane, as well as lighters and matches are not allowed on board aircraft, whether as carry-on or checked baggage. Suitably packaged sporting goods – including golf clubs, archery sets, fishing equipment and scuba-diving gear – may be substituted for a free checked baggage piece or checked for an additional fee.
