ou won’t find a lower eligible rate on another website for the same rental. i.e. the same car rental company, car group, pick-up/drop-off location, reservation date and pick-up/drop-off date/time. The best online rate applies to the published retail rate found on Canadian based websites in Canada and the U.S.; and does not apply to prepaid retail rates available on avis.ca/.com and budget.ca/.com. Avis & Budget reserve the right to modify or cancel rates at any time without notice.
Air Canada customers that receive their flight itinerary receipt (after a flight purchase) / flight confirmation email, will have access to exclusive deeply discounted Avis and Budget rates. These exclusive rates are available for immediate booking from the itinerary receipt/confirmation email and will not be available at any other time for booking.

• Aeroplan Members can earn 1 Aeroplan Mile for every dollar spent (excluding taxes & fees) on completed Avis or Budget car rentals booked through aircanada.com. Simply enter your Aeroplan Number when completing your car rental reservation through aircanada.com.
• In addition, when you rent from Avis, you'll earn 500 Aeroplan Miles on each qualifying car rental at participating airport locations in Canada, the U.S. or International and 250 Aeroplan Miles on each eligible car rental at an off-airport location in Canada.
• Aeroplan Miles may be earned at all Avis locations in Canada and participating locations in the U.S. and International.
• A qualifying Avis vehicle rental is defined as one vehicle rental per day, per city, for all consecutive days a vehicle is rented - whether or not you renew the rental during those consecutive days.
• Miles may not be earned on free, tour or on certain travel industry & AWD rates and may only be earned in one frequent flyer program per rental.
• An advance reservation is required.
• A Frequent Flyer Surcharge of $0.75 CDN per day, up to $5.25 CDN per transaction may apply.
• Aeroplan Members must provide their Aeroplan Number when making an Avis reservation and present their Aeroplan Card at the time of rental.

• Exclusive GPS rate of $7.99 (excluding taxes) per day in Canada and the U.S., $39.95 (excluding taxes) per week for rentals of 5 to 7 days. Maximum charge is $75.00 (excluding taxes) regardless of the car rental length.
• Available at participating Airport locations in Canada and in the U.S. Subject to availability.
• Reliability of directions subject to timing of software implementation as well as that of which has been provided by the maker of the installed maps.
• Renter acknowledges that Garmin GPS may be limited by atmospheric or topographical conditions. Renter further acknowledges that GPS may be rendered inoperative if it is tampered with or destroyed and or damaged in an accident or if the satellite systems are obstructed and inoperative.
• Customer is responsible for all costs in the event of lost, stolen or damaged GPS unit and all of its components.
• Renter agrees to release and hold Avis/Budget harmless for any GPS failures.

• Coupons valid for a one time, one car group upgrade on an Intermediate (Group C) through a Full-size (Group E) car. Maximum upgrade to Premium (Group G), excluding intermediate SUV (Group F).
• The upgraded car is subject to vehicle availability at the time of rental.
• Coupons valid at participating Avis & Budget locations in Canada and the contiguous U.S.
• One coupon per rental.
• Coupons cannot be transferred, sold and we reserve the right to change terms anytime at our sole discretion.
• A 24-hour advance reservation is required.
• Upgrade will be applied at time of rental.

• Renter must meet Avis & Budget age, driver and credit requirements.
• Minimum age may vary by location. An additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 25 years of age.
