What is a Flight Pass for Business?
Our Flight Passes for Business are packages of multi-passenger one-way flight credits for travel within Canada and to the U.S.
Designed to offer choice and flexibility, they come in the following options:
- 30 flight credits for up to 8 travellers
- 100 flight credits for up to 25 travellers**
- 200 flight credits for up to 50 travellers**
These options are available in either a Tango Plus fare for value or a Latitude fare for more flexibility. Plus, whenever they fly, each designated traveller will earn Air Canada Status Miles towards a Top Tier status.
New! Our Flight Passes are even more convenient
With all multi-passenger Flight Passes, you can now:
- Replace a designated traveller on your list with another for a fee.
- Extend your Flight Pass validity period. Thirty days before your eligible Flight Pass expires, we’ll email you an offer to extend your Flight Pass by three months for a fee. Just make sure to request your extension before your Flight Pass expires.
- Transfer an entire list of eligible travellers from one active Flight Pass to a newly purchased one, so you no longer need to enter names individually.
- Assign a unique name to your Flight Pass to easily identify it.
- Track expense reports online. You can add a field allowing designated travellers to log their travel expenses.
