The Electronic Boarding Pass simplified!
Now, when you choose to receive your Electronic Boarding Pass by text message (SMS) when you check in online, using your mobile device or one of our self-service check-in kiosks, you'll receive only one text message (SMS) instead of the usual two.
The new simplified text message will provide you with a link allowing you to access your Barcode and your flight information. The email version of the Electronic Boarding Pass will now also include that same link.
At the airport, you'll be asked to show your Barcode and flight information screen at security, at the boarding gate and upon boarding the aircraft.
