1. Any time changes
Any time changes are subject to availability. Change fees are per direction, plus taxes and any fare difference (a higher fare could apply in addition to the change fee). Changes can be made up to two hours prior to departure. GST applies on change fees. Any time changes can be made via Air Canada reservations or at aircanada.com.

2. Same-day changes
Same-day changes are subject to availability. No additional charges for fare difference apply for changes made on the day of travel. Same-day changes can only be made at the airport.

3. Non-refundability
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Value of unused tickets can be applied to the value of a new ticket provided outbound travel commences within one year of original ticket issuance. Customers who do not show up for their flight will forfeit the full amount of their ticket.

4. Maple Leaf Lounge guest policy
Access is complimentary. Guests travelling with you are permitted as follows:
CA$10/£5 per guest before 11:00 a.m.
CA$20/£10 per guest after 11:00 a.m.

5. Latitude Plus and Leisure Upgrades
Eligible for upgrade to Premium Economy Class or Executive First with a Special System Wide or System Wide Upgrade Certificate, subject to the terms on the certificate.

6. Aeroplan Miles accumulation
Accumulate Aeroplan as indicated for travel between Canada and France, Israel, Italy, the Netherlands, and the UK on Air Canada operated flights, or between Canada and Denmark, Ireland, Norway, and Sweden on codeshare flights operated by Star Alliance member airlines .
