Before you start completing the form below, make sure you have your e-MCO number handy.

Note: If your number starts with 01440, your voucher is not an e-MCO. It is a paper voucher or Miscellaneous Charges Order (MCO). Please return to the e-MCO/Travel Voucher information page for details on how to redeem your paper voucher.

To redeem your e-MCO

The form below is for you if:

you have an Electronic Travel Voucher (e-MCO), and
you wish to apply your e-MCO to a flight you have already taken.

If you have yet to purchase a ticket and wish to apply your e-MCO to that purchase, please return to the e-MCO/Travel Voucher information page and follow the instructions in Option 1.

Refunds

The information you provide in the form below will allow us to apply the value of your EMCO/travel voucher as credit towards a newly purchased ticket on aircanada.com. The refund will be processed to the form of payment of the newly purchased ticket, once you have completed your travel.
