Air Canada Rewards for Small Business is more than a travel management . It’s our way of thanking companies and their employees for their loyalty. That’s why we offer companies amazing rewards for their employees to share while continuing to earn Bonus Aeroplan Miles and Air Canada Status Miles.

Each time a company reaches a revenue threshold, they receive complimentary or discounted products and services offered by Air Canada and its best partners.

Air Canada flight booking discount
The flight booking discount is available only for new bookings made as of March 6, 2012, at aircanada.com as part of the Air Canada Rewards for Small Business program. Applicable for travel with Executive Class, Executive First, Latitude and Flex fares on flights operated by Air Canada and Air Canada Express only and cannot be combined with any other offer. Discount does not apply on Tango fares. The discount will be displayed when you choose your flight. A maximum of nine (9) passengers per booking is permitted. Available for one-way, round-trip and multi-city itineraries. Other conditions may apply.
Advanced seat selection
Advanced seat selection allows the passenger to select the seat at time of booking.
eUpgrade Credits
To allow Air Canada to deposit the eUpgrade Credits to a designated employee's eUpgrade Account, please send an email to eupgraderequest@aircanada.ca with your company name, your employee's Aeroplan Number, your employee's name, the number of credits to be added to your employee's eUpgrade Account, and your employee's email address to confirm the deposit. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for eUpgrade Credits to be deposited. eUpgrade Credits can be used for an upgrade to Executive Class or Executive First on eligible flights operated by Air Canada and Air Canada Express. Eligible flights will vary based on the Air Canada Top Tier status of the eUpgrade Account owner and based on the fare option/booking class purchased. Upgrades are based on seat availability. The eUpgrade Account owner must be an Aeroplan Member. eUpgrade Credits are non-transferable, and are valid for one year from date of deposit. eUpgrade Credits are the property of Air Canada. Maple Leaf Lounge access
Maple Leaf Lounge Access discounts: $3 discount with North American departures between 05:00 and 15:59 or between 20:00 and 01:00; $5 discount with North American departures between 16:00 and 19:59; $8 discount with International departures between 05:00 and 15:59 or between 20:00 and 01:00.

On My Way travel assistance
Provides travel assistance service to protect you against unexpected travel expenditures including any that apply to your air ticket investment and offers you a smooth, stress-free travel experience when unplanned disruptions affect your travel plans. On My Way service gives you access to specially trained Air Canada customer service agents who will assist to get you on your way more quickly and smoothly by:
  • Rebooking the first available flight on Air Canada, Air Canada Express (operated by Jazz only) or another airline.
  • Arranging complimentary hotel accommodation, car rental or other ground transportation and meals.
