Chantal's background includes leadership roles in a diverse array of ground operations, including loss control, ground service equipment, passenger service operations and manpower planning. As former General Manager for Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport Chantal provides clients valuable insights and effective strategies for more effective ground handling operations.

General Manager, Business Development and Marketing

Rick held numerous management positions over two decades with Delta Airlines before joining the Air Canada team. His background at Air Canada includes directing Customer Sales & Services, as well as operational planning for Terminal 1 in Toronto. Rick's commitment to exceeding customer expectations is central to the company's strategy to lead the industry in safe and secure solutions.
