Arthur T. Porter is a corporate director. Dr. Porter was previously the Director General and Chief Executive Officer of the McGill University Health Centre from 2004 to 2011 and the Chief Executive Officer of the Detroit Medical Center from 1999 to 2003. Dr. Porter has also acted as consultant for several major companies in the airline and energy sectors with respect to human resources and logistical challenges. Dr. Porter is a director and member of the Audit Committee of the Munder Funds and the Chairman of CancerPartnersUK. In addition, Dr. Porter is a Member of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada.
Dr. Porter holds a Medical degree from the Cambridge School of Clinical Medicine, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and certificates in Medical Management from Harvard University and the University of Toronto.
Chair of the Governance and Corporate Matters Committee, Chair of the Nominating Committee and Member of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee.
