Pierre Marc Johnson is Counsel to the offices of the Canadian law firm Heenan Blaikie LLP and advises, mediates, negotiates for or with, various governments, United Nations related organizations and other international institutions. Mr. Johnson is a director of ACE Aviation Holdings Inc., HLT Energies inc., and the Veolia Environmental Institute (Paris). During his career in Public Office, Mr. Johnson, a physician and attorney became Quebec 's Premier in 1985 and then Leader of the Opposition. Mr. Johnson had previously been Minister of Labour and Manpower, Financial Institutions, Social Affairs, Intergovernmental Affairs, Attorney General and Minister of Justice.

Member of the Governance and Corporate Matters Committee and Member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.
