Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis
Amos Kazzaz was appointed Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis in August, 2015. In this role, he is responsible for strategic procurement, corporate real estate, planning, cost reduction initiatives and financial support for all Air Canada branches. He was previously Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis, a role held since May, 2010.
Prior to joining Air Canada, Amos held extensive senior executive roles within the airline and transportation sector. He had a 24-year career at United Airlines, where he had held a number of executive positions including that of Vice President, Cost Management and Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis, as well as leading a number of United’s divisions. Amos was also Chief Operating Officer at ZAP, a transportation company focussed on the development and distribution of electric cars.
Amos holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Denver and a B.A. in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
