Air Canada Kids' Horizons is committed to furthering the welfare of children by helping sick children to reach medical care not available in their community, and by supporting community organizations that share our vision.

If you are looking for assistance from our hospital transportation program, you should contact your paediatric hospital and inquire about the Air Canada Kids' Horizons Hospital Transportation program.
