Who is the program for?
Air Canada is looking for recent graduates of an MBA program or undergraduates (graduate in 2006) in the fields of Finance, Marketing/Sales, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Information Technology and Engineering (mechanical, electrical, aeronautical and industrial).

Have about 2 years working experience in a leadership role.

If you have a passion for the airline industry, thrive on change, have strong communication and leadership skills, are customer focused and results driven, than this program is for you!

What does the program consist of?
The Air Canada Graduate and Undergraduate Hire Program offers professional development with a "grass roots" understanding of our business. You will start by working for 3 months in our operations either at the airport, in our call centre or on board our aircraft. You can then leverage this invaluable experience and bring it to the corporate world of Air Canada.

You will be paired with one of our Executives or Senior Directors to gain exposure and a global understanding of our business and learn what it takes to become one of our future leaders.

At the end of your 18 month assignment, it’s up to you to find your “niche” in one of our many departments in order to pave the way to a challenging future.

Where are the positions?
Positions are available in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver.

When are the positions starting?
We will have openings in late 2007.
