E-freight
E-freight is an industry-wide initiative that involves carriers, freight forwarders, ground handlers, shippers, customs brokers and customs authorities to replace paper documents used in all types of transport with electronic messages. E-Freight was launched in November 2007 in six countries, Canada being one of them.
